Complaints for products delivered in Serbia can only be made in case the delivered product has been damaged, is incomplete or does not correspond to the specification of the order. In case a complaint of the customer with regards to the purchased product is justifiable and that the seller and customer cannot agree otherwise, the customer can return the product, while our shop will refund that amount to the customer’s current account.
